At Minted I started out as a Design Associate during a seasonal period, creating thousands of customizations for customers to make each & every card perfect. After the holiday season I was mostly focused on wedding stationery & custom art pieces. Eventually I became a Lead for the next batch of seasonal designers, helping them learn and balance Minted's specialized attention on each customer and speed at which each proof is delivered. Creating such personal items for people was extremely rewarding. During my time at Minted I contributed to our collection of original illustrations, created a variety of customized art pieces and layouts for customers, and wrote a wide variety of responses to address customer questions and concerns. There were so many great things about working for Minted - our excellent quality, my brilliant designer colleagues, and the ability to grow creatively.
